About me

Hi! I’m Anna, your Welsh Labour MP for Cardiff North. I was first elected in 2017 and re-elected in 2019 and 2024.

Before I was elected to Parliament, I worked in the Welsh Government and public affairs with a focus on environmental policy.

I will always be grateful to Cardiff North as the place where I raised my family. You might see me out and about with my Cocker Spaniel, Cadi!

In July 2024, I was appointed as a government whip, which means I help to organise the parliamentary work of Welsh Labour MPs and the Department for Business and Trade.
