• Raised the state pension

• Protected the triple lock on pensions

• Extended the freeze on fuel duty

• Served free schools to every primary school pupil in Wales

• Introduced free “baby bundles” for expecting parents in Wales

• Capped bus fares at £1 for young people in Wales

• Protected free bus passes for over-60s in Wales

• Supported more than 50,000 young people in Wales with the Young Persons Guarantee of training, work, or help starting a business

• Expanded eligibility and boosted Educational Maintenance Allowance to £40 per week
